PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Upbound Group, Inc. (“Upbound” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: UPBD), a technology and data-driven leader in accessible and inclusive financial solutions that address the evolving needs and aspirations of underserved consumers, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 for the first quarter of 2026. The dividend will be paid on January 6, 2026, to the Company’s common stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 17, 2025.
