(NYSE: VTR) today announced that it has received the 2024 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Sustained Excellence in Energy Management Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This distinguished recognition marks Ventas’s second consecutive year earning ENERGY STAR’s highest honor and reflects the Company’s fourth consecutive year winning the Partner of the Year Award. In addition, more than 175 Ventas owned buildings received ENERGY STAR certification in 2023, the most certified properties of any Healthcare REIT.
