(NASDAQ: WILC) (TASE: WILF) (the "Company" or "Willi-Food"), a global company that specializes in the development, marketing and international distribution of kosher foods, today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend distribution of approximately NIS 1.58 per ordinary share and an aggregate dividend of NIS 22 million (approximately US$0.51 and US$7.1 million respectively, based on the representative rate of exchange as of March 23, 2026).

The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 13, 2026, and will be payable on April 29, 2026.
