Wiley(NYSE: WLY), a global leader in authoritative content and research intelligence for the advancement of scientific discovery, innovation, and learning, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.355 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on January 15, 2026, to shareholders of record on December 30, 2025. The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $1.42 per share, an increase from $1.41 per share in Fiscal 2025. In June 2025, Wiley raised its dividend for the 32nd consecutive year.
On December 10, 2025, Wiley announced that it was increasing its Fiscal 2026 share repurchase allocation to $100 million, up from $60 million in Fiscal 2025 and $45 million in Fiscal 2024. On December 4, 2025, Wiley reported results for the second quarter of Fiscal 2026, highlighted by strong Research growth and AI demand and a reaffirmed Fiscal 2026 earnings and cash flow outlook.
