XTEND AI Robotics (NYSE: XTND) secured a $2.35 million order from a Middle Eastern defense customer for SCORPIO 1000 drone systems. The order includes XOS software licenses and was received after September 30, 2026, making it incremental to the AI Robotics segment’s approximately $84 million backlog at that date.
Preliminary, unaudited revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 was approximately $24.5 to $26.5 million, exceeding full-year 2025 revenue. The figures remain subject to quarter-end closing procedures. XTEND expects full third-quarter results on November 16, 2026. The order follows the October 13 announcement of a $40.5 million Drone Dominance Program award for 6,000 STRIKER systems.
XTEND AI Robotics (NYSE: XTND) reported preliminary revenue of approximately $24.5 million to $26.5 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026. The range exceeds full-year 2025 revenue. AI Robotics segment revenue was $23 million to $24 million, with segment backlog of approximately $84 million as of September 30, 2026.
The figures are unaudited and unreviewed, remain subject to quarter-end closing procedures, and may differ from final results. XTEND expects to report full third-quarter results on November 16, 2026. Construction segment revenue includes JFB from its September 3, 2026 acquisition through September 30. XTEND also appointed former Navy SEAL Captain Matt McGraw CEO of its U.S. business, overseeing U.S. sales, production and delivery. Co-founder and CEO Aviv Shapira issued a shareholder letter.
XTEND AI Robotics (NYSE: XTND) has been awarded a $40.5 million order following its selection in a U.S. government drone evaluation. The order covers 6,000 STRIKER systems and follows selection as a top performer in the Close Quarters Battle segment of Gauntlet II, part of the Department of War’s $1 billion Drone Dominance Program.
That selection gives XTEND direct access to Gauntlet III in the same mission segment of Phase 3, which opened on September 28, 2026. Advancement is subject to first fulfilling a 400-system production order. Performance in Gauntlet III will determine whether Phase 3 orders are placed; participation does not guarantee an award. This participation is separate from the Phase III award under U.S. Special Operations Command’s Modular Kinetic Lethal Drone program announced on September 23, 2026.
XTEND AI Robotics (NYSE: XTND) will showcase its XOS-powered robotic platforms at the AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition on October 12–14, 2026.
The event takes place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. At Booth 7207, XTEND will offer a hands-on mission simulator and display connected platforms, its marketplace for third-party technologies, and STRIKER, recently selected as a Top Performer in Gauntlet II of the U.S. Drone Dominance Program. At AM General's booth, XTEND will display its NEST integration with an AM General unmanned ground vehicle, enabling deployment of the Scorpio 1000 aerial robotic system from a ground vehicle.
XTEND (NYSE: XTND) technology will feature on AM General’s unmanned ground vehicle at the AUSA Annual Meeting, October 12–14, 2026.
AM General will display the vehicle with XTEND Nest, a mobile launch pod powered by XTEND’s XOS system for physical artificial intelligence. The integration enables the ground vehicle to carry an aerial system and establish a mobile launch point. The exhibition at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center will also include AM General’s JLTV A2 with Rafael Systems Global Sustainment systems and a redesigned HUMVEE. AM General plans production of the HUMVEE’s first modernization phase for late 2027.
XTEND AI Robotics (XTND) secured a U.S. utility patent covering smart payloads that direct platform navigation and behavior in real time. Patent No. 12,743,960, issued September 22, 2026, protects a multi-payload architecture powered by the company's XOS operating system. A payload adaptor links the payload to the platform controller, while XOS converts its signals into flight-control responses. The operator remains in command throughout.
The grant expands XTEND's intellectual property portfolio as it continues investing in XOS and related robotic platforms. The architecture also supports the XOS Marketplace, where third-party developers and manufacturers can offer hardware and software capabilities. Its Generic Payload Hub provides a common interface for installing payloads across the fleet without separate integration for each airframe.
XTEND AI Robotics (XTND) received a U.S. design patent for its NEST autonomous base station, issued September 8, 2026. Patent No. D1,147,179 protects the ornamental design of NEST’s physical configuration, adding to the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
Powered by XTEND’s XOS operating system, NEST enables robotic systems to launch, execute missions, recover and recharge autonomously. The company says this cycle can be managed remotely with reduced human intervention. NEST can also coordinate multiple systems across distributed locations for extended operations.
XTEND (XTND) was awarded Phase III of the U.S. Special Operations Command Modular Kinetic Lethal Drone (MKLD) program, advancing its precision-strike unmanned systems work for U.S. Special Operations Forces.
Phase III will further mature a modular, recoverable and reusable, swarm-based precision-strike capability powered by XTEND’s XOS operating system. The MKLD solution integrates XTEND’s Striker, Scorpio 500 and Scorpio 1000 platforms with a common Ground Control Station to support small tactical units across indoor, confined-space, urban and outdoor environments. The award is separate from XTEND’s recent selection as a top performer in the Close-Quarters Battle segment of Gauntlet II under the U.S. Department of War’s Drone Dominance Program and builds on prior USSOCOM investment, development, testing and operational feedback.

XTEND (XTND) was selected as a top performer in the Close Quarters Battle segment of Gauntlet II within the U.S. Department of War’s iterative $1 billion Drone Dominance Program (DDP), following delivery and demonstration of 120 STRIKER systems.
The systems were tested in operationally realistic scenarios and evaluated by U.S. warfighters, which the company describes as a major validation of STRIKER’s capabilities. STRIKER is powered by XTEND’s proprietary XOS operating system and is designed for tactical missions in confined, complex and GNSS-denied environments. The DDP aims to build a resilient, U.S.-based supply chain for low-cost, capable one-way attack drone systems, with Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division acting as contracting authority.
