How to read this calendar
Every date on this page comes from one of two places, and the last column of each row says which. An exchange-calendar date is the date the split is scheduled to take effect, and a company-announcement date is the one the company stated in its own 8-K, 6-K or press release before the exchange calendar carried the split.
The ratio reads new:old, so a 1:30 row means 30 old shares become 1 new share and the price moves the other way by the same factor. Forward splits lower the price and raise the share count, and companies tend to run them after a long move up. Reverse splits do the opposite, and a small company doing one is often working to stay above the minimum price its exchange requires. A row can also arrive dated with no ratio at all, because the announcement named a date and left the ratio for later; we would rather show the date we have than guess the rest of it.
Dates change. A company can move an execution date after announcing it, and a ratio can still be revised, so anything on this page more than a few days out is a plan rather than a settled fact.
