Auro Metals (OTCQB:AURFF) reported the fourth batch of assays from its 2026 Phase I drill program at the 100%-owned Santa Barbara gold-copper project in southeastern Ecuador. According to Auro, 22 holes have been completed and results for 14 holes are now available.
At Santa Barbara South, hole DSB-61 intersected 496.5m grading 0.76 g/t gold and 0.12% copper from 88.5m, including 212.5m at 1.12 g/t gold and 0.14% copper. Hole DSB-67 cut 380m grading 0.71 g/t gold and 0.10% copper from 76.5m, and hole DSB-66 returned 287m from surface grading 0.51 g/t gold and 0.08% copper. These results, together with earlier holes, indicate mineralization remains open up-dip, down-dip and at depth.
Auro also announced that its shares were uplisted to the OTCQB Venture Market effective July 29, 2026, and will continue trading under the ticker AURFF in the U.S. and AURO on the TSX Venture Exchange.
