Market caps are the share price multiplied by shares outstanding, and a company trading under several share classes appears once. This ranking is informational and is not investment advice.

The sharpest decline was Corning (GLW), which fell 71 ranks from rank 63 to rank 134. SanDisk Corp (SNDK) fell 49 ranks from rank 37 to rank 86. Marvell Technology Inc (MRVL) fell 40 ranks from rank 54 to rank 94. Applovin Corp (APP) fell 34 ranks from rank 85 to rank 119.

The Computer Storage Devices sector was a shared weak spot: SNDK, Seagate Technology Holdings plc (STX) and Western Digital (WDC) all fell. Other notable fallers included KLA Corporation (KLAC), Qualcomm Inc (QCOM) and Arm Holdings (ARM).

SAP SE (SAP) was the biggest climber, rising 17 ranks from rank 83 to rank 66. Abbott Labs (ABT) and Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (BUD) both climbed 14 ranks. Alibaba Group Holding Limited (BABA) and Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (TMO) each climbed 13 ranks, while Shell (SHEL) and Charles Schwab Corp (the) (SCHW) climbed 12 ranks.

The top 10 saw order changes as Apple Inc. (AAPL) overtook Alphabet Inc. (GOOGL), Broadcom Inc. (AVGO) overtook SpaceX (SPCX), and Meta Platforms Inc. (META) overtook Tesla Inc. (TSLA). SK hynix Inc. (SKHY) debuted at rank 12. Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B) debuted at rank 17. Dycom Inds Inc (DY) left from rank 711, while Modine Manf (MOD) left from rank 740. The comparison uses reconstructed rankings for both 2026-07-01 and 2026-06-01.

Compares this month's close with the previous month's close. A company that shifted only because another entered or left the ranking above it is not counted as having moved.

About this ranking

This page ranks 946 US-listed companies by the market capitalization each one carried at the close of July 2026. The values do not change, because July 2026 is over; this is what the ranking looked like then, and it will look the same the next time you visit.

Market capitalization is the share price multiplied by the number of shares outstanding. Each figure on this page uses that month's closing share price, so the ranking reflects the market as it stood at the close of July 2026 rather than today. Rank Change compares each company's position with its position at the end of the previous month. A company whose position shifted only because another company entered or left the ranking above it shows no change, because it did not move.
