Eligibility uses each company's capitalization today, not its capitalization at the time. Archive boards can therefore change as companies grow or shrink.
Prices are adjusted for stock splits the company has done since, so an older row's dollar figures are stated on today's share count and are not the prices that traded that day. The percentage move, the dollar volume and the relative volume are unaffected, because both prices carry the same adjustment.
