RSUs financial
"to satisfy the RSUs upon vesting"
RSUs, or restricted stock units, are a form of company shares given to employees as part of their compensation. They are typically awarded with certain restrictions, such as a waiting period before they can be fully owned or sold, similar to earning a gift that becomes fully yours over time. For investors, RSUs can impact a company's stock offerings and reflect how much the company relies on stock-based incentives to attract and retain talent.
on-market financial
"purchased by the Trustee on-market for the purpose"
On-market describes buying or selling shares directly through a public stock exchange at the current market price, rather than by a private or negotiated deal. Like buying an item from a store at the posted price instead of haggling privately, on-market trades happen quickly, are visible to other investors, and can move the stock price, so they affect liquidity and provide a transparent signal about supply and demand.
trust deed technical
"terms of the trust deed entered into between the Company and the Trustee"
A trust deed is a legal document used to secure a loan with real property: the borrower transfers title to a neutral third-party trustee to hold as collateral until the loan is repaid. It works like handing the house keys to a trusted friend while you pay back the debt, allowing the lender quicker recovery if the borrower defaults. Investors care because a trust deed determines the lender’s priority, speed of foreclosure, and likelihood of recovering funds in a default.
vesting financial
"to satisfy the RSUs upon vesting"
Vesting is the process by which you earn full ownership of something, like company stock or a retirement benefit, over time. It’s like earning the right to keep a gift piece by piece the longer you stay with a company, making sure employees stay committed before they receive all the benefits.
