How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Adjusted EBITDA financial
"Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure"
Adjusted EBITDA is a way companies measure how much money they make from their core operations, like running a business, by removing certain costs or income that aren’t part of regular business activities. It helps investors see how well a company is doing without distractions from unusual expenses or gains, making it easier to compare companies or track performance over time.
Non-GAAP financial measure financial
"Adjusted Net Income, a non-GAAP financial measure"
A non-GAAP financial measure is a way companies present their financial results that excludes certain expenses or income to show how they believe their core business is performing. It matters because it can give a clearer picture of how the company is really doing, but it can also be used to make results look better than they actually are.
securitization financial
"completed a landmark $400 million securitization"
Securitization is when a bank or company takes a bunch of loans or assets, like mortgages or car loans, and bundles them together into a single package. They then sell pieces of this package to investors, who receive regular payments from the borrowers. This process helps the original lender get money quickly and spreads the risk among many investors.

ORLANDO, Fla. – November 5, 2026 – Abacus Global Management, Inc. (“Abacus” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ABX), a financial services company specializing in alternative asset management, with a focus on longevity-based assets and personalized financial planning today reported results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Jay Jackson, Chief Executive Officer of Abacus, said, “The financial industry has spent decades pricing nearly everything except the one variable that shapes every retirement, which is how long people live. We have spent 20 years building the data to price it, and this quarter the business built around that data began working as a single platform.”
Mr. Jackson added, “When insurance companies buy into a securitization of more than $400 million, that is a strong vote of confidence in the data and the underwriting behind it. When early inquiries about LifeARC represent more than $500 million of self-reported investable assets, it tells us the demand is far larger than what we started with. Both are happening at once, and we raised our outlook for the second time this year. The platform is what we set out to build, and with revenue growth of at least 20% in every quarter we have reported as a public company, it is working.”

Non-GAAP Financial Information
Adjusted Net Income, a non-GAAP financial measure, is defined as net income (loss) attributable to Abacus adjusted for non-controlling interest income, amortization, change in fair value of warrants, business acquisition costs and non-recurring legal costs, and non-cash stock-based compensation and the related stock-based

limitation tax effect before the estimated tax effect. The estimated tax effect to adjusted net income is based on the Company’s U.S. based federal and state statutory tax rates. Management believes that Adjusted Net Income is an appropriate measure of operating performance because it eliminates the impact of expenses that do not relate to business performance. A reconciliation of Adjusted Net Income to Net income attributable to Abacus, the most directly comparable GAAP measure, appears below.
Adjusted EPS measures per share earnings and is calculated as Adjusted Net Income divided by adjusted weighted-average shares outstanding. Management believes that Adjusted EPS may be useful to investors because it enables them to better evaluate per share operating performance across reporting periods by eliminating the impact of expenses that do not relate to the Company’s business performance.
The Company is unable to provide a comparable FY 2026 outlook for, or a reconciliation to net income because it cannot provide a meaningful or accurate calculation or estimation of certain reconciling items without unreasonable effort. Its inability to do so is due to the inherent difficulty in forecasting the timing of items that have not yet occurred and quantifying certain amounts that are necessary for such reconciliation, including variations in effective tax rate, expenses to be incurred for acquisition activities, and other one-time or exceptional items.
Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP financial measure, is defined as net income (loss) attributable to Abacus adjusted for depreciation expense, amortization, interest expense, income , business acquisition costs and non-recurring legal costs, non-cash expenses, and certain other items that in our judgment significantly impact the period-over-period assessment of performance and operating results that do not directly relate to business performance within the Abacus’ control. These items may include payments made as part of the Company's expense support commitment, change in fair value of debt, change in fair value of warrant liability, S&P 500 options that were entered into as an economic hedge related to the debt (described as the realized and unrealized gain on equity securities, at fair value), non-cash stock based compensation, and other items. A reconciliation of Adjusted EBITDA to Net income attributable to Abacus, the most directly comparable GAAP measure, appears below.
Adjusted EBITDA margin, a non-GAAP financial measure, is defined as Adjusted EBITDA divided by Total revenues. A reconciliation of Adjusted EBITDA margin to Net income margin, the most directly comparable GAAP measure, appears below.
Annualized return on invested capital (“ROIC”), a non-GAAP financial measure, is defined as Adjusted Net Income for the quarter divided by the result of Total Assets less Intangible assets, net, Goodwill and Current Liabilities, multiplied by four. ROIC is not a measure of financial performance under GAAP. We believe ROIC should be considered in addition to, not as a substitute for, operating income or loss, net income or loss, cash flows provided by or used in operating, investing and financing activities or other income statement or cash flow statement line items reported in accordance with GAAP.
Annualized return on equity (“ROE”), a non-GAAP financial measure, is defined as Adjusted Net Income divided by total shareholder equity, multiplied by four. ROE is not a measure of financial performance under GAAP. We believe
ROE should be considered in addition to, not as a substitute for, operating income or loss, net income or loss, cash flows provided by or used in operating, investing and financing activities or other income statement or cash flow statement line items reported in accordance with GAAP. The below table presents our calculation of ROE.

Abacus Global Management Increases Annual Dividend 10% to
$0.22 Per Share
~ Board Approves $0.22 Annual Cash Dividend to Shareholders of Record as of
December 1, 2026, Reinforcing Commitment to Shareholder Returns ~
ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Abacus Global Management, Inc. (“Abacus” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ABX), a financial services company specializing in alternative asset management, with a focus on longevity-based assets and personalized financial planning, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an annual cash dividend of $0.22 per share, payable on December 16, 2026, to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2026 (the ex-dividend/record date). This is an increase of 10% from the $0.20 per share paid last year. Under its dividend policy, the Company intends to distribute an annual dividend of up to 25% of adjusted net income.
“Raising our annual dividend by 10% reflects our confidence in the earnings power of this business,” said Jay Jackson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “Our cash generation gives us the flexibility to fund origination demand and continue to scale the platform while returning capital to shareholders.”
Jackson continued, “This increase is one part of a broader capital allocation strategy designed to create long-term shareholder value. With recurring revenues expected to approach 70% of total revenue over time, our goal is a durable, cash-generating business that compounds growth and rewards shareholders directly.”
Abacus expects to fund the annual dividend through cash on hand and free cash flow. The Company’s capital allocation strategy is designed to balance continued investment in origination growth, technology, and potential acquisitions with the return of capital to shareholders through an annual dividend and share repurchases.

Dividend Policy
Abacus maintains a dividend policy designed to balance consistent shareholder returns with strategic growth investments.
Under the policy, the Board of Directors will evaluate opportunities to return capital to shareholders through dividends. Dividend decisions will be based on several factors including operating cash flow generation, capital requirements for portfolio growth, regulatory considerations, and strategic investment opportunities across the Company's business verticals.

The policy provides the Board with flexibility to declare dividends when appropriate while maintaining adequate liquidity to support portfolio origination and business expansion. While the Company intends to follow this dividend framework, specific dividend declarations remain at the Board's discretion based on business conditions.
