On March 13, 2026, Stephen Donnarumma, the Chief Credit Officer of Assured Guaranty Ltd. (“AGL” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to retire from his position, effective September 30, 2026. From October 1, 2026 until April 2, 2027, Mr. Donnarumma will continue to serve the Company as a senior advisor to its Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Donnarumma joined the Company in 1993 and has served as Chief Credit Officer of Assured Guaranty Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of AGL, since 2007 and as Chief Credit Officer of AGL since 2018.

The Company is grateful to Mr. Donnarumma for his more than three decades of dedicated service and his significant contributions.
