Planned annual manufacturing capacity 10 million square meters Composite raw materials; target for 2027
Production target Q4 2026 ALIF Composites
Phase I groundbreaking September 25, 2026 ALIF Holding Group Industrial Park
prepregs technical
"carbon fiber composites, prepregs, custom components"
Prepregs are sheets or tapes of reinforcing fibers (such as carbon, glass, or aramid) that have been pre‑impregnated with a partially cured thermoset resin system, so the resin is uniformly distributed and tacky but not fully hardened. They are stored cold to preserve shelf life and are shaped and then cured under heat and pressure (for example in an autoclave or oven) to produce strong, lightweight composite parts; handling requires controlled temperature and timing because the resin will fully cure once processed.
commissioning technical
"permits, commissioning and operational readiness"
Commissioning is the process of officially starting or activating a new project, system, or facility after it has been built or prepared. It involves testing and checking that everything functions correctly and safely before it begins full operation. For investors, commissioning signals that a project or asset is moving closer to generating value or revenue, which can impact its potential profitability and timing of returns.
product validation technical
"production readiness, product validation and customer development"
yield technical
"product mix, yield, utilization, demand"
Yield is the income an investment generates, expressed as a percentage of the money you put in or the asset’s current price — for example, interest from a bond or dividends from a stock. It matters to investors because it shows how much cash return they can expect relative to cost, much like comparing the annual rent you get from a house to what you paid for it, and helps assess income versus risk and price changes.
