Departure of Chief Trust Officer

On October 30, 2025, the Company announced that Matt Mazza, Chief Trust Officer, will depart the Company on November 14, 2025. To facilitate an orderly transition, Mr. Mazza's duties were reassigned and he ceased serving as Chief Trust Officer on October 27, 2025.
