Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Aris Mining Corp congratulated Neil Woodyer, its Founder, Chair and Chief Executive Officer, on his selection for induction into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame. He will be formally inducted at a ceremony in Toronto on January 14, 2027.

Aris Mining’s Segovia and Marmato mines produced approximately 257,000 ounces of gold in 2025. Following completion and ramp-up of their expansion projects, annual production is expected to reach approximately 500,000 ounces, including approximately 300,000 ounces at Segovia and 200,000 ounces at Marmato. First gold from the new Marmato bulk mine and CIP plant is expected in Q4 2026. The company’s longer-term objective is approximately 1 million ounces annually; it includes potential Toroparu production, which remains subject to permits and formal construction decisions for Soto Norte and Toroparu.

Filing Explained

For Toroparu, the prefeasibility study is in progress and a construction decision is expected in early 2027, providing a dated decision point for the potential project rather than confirming construction or its contribution to the longer-term production objective.

Gold production in 2025 approximately 257,000 ounces Segovia and Marmato mines combined
Expected annual gold production approximately 500,000 ounces Following completion and ramp-up of the Segovia and Marmato expansion projects
Expected steady-state annual gold production at Segovia approximately 300,000 ounces Following completion and ramp-up of the expansion project
Expected steady-state annual gold production at Marmato approximately 200,000 ounces Following completion and ramp-up of the expansion project
Expected first gold from Marmato Q4 2026 New Marmato bulk mine and CIP plant
Longer-term annual gold production objective approximately 1 million ounces Includes potential production estimates from Toroparu
Woodyer induction ceremony January 14, 2027 Canadian Mining Hall of Fame ceremony in Toronto
CIP plant technical
"construction of the new Marmato bulk mine and CIP plant"
An CIP plant is an automated cleaning system that washes the inside of pipes, tanks and processing equipment without taking them apart — like an industrial dishwasher for a factory. For investors, a well-designed CIP setup matters because it helps ensure product safety and regulatory compliance, reduces production downtime and labor costs, and lowers the risk of contamination-related recalls that can hurt revenue and reputation.
Prefeasibility Study technical
"where a Prefeasibility Study is in progress"
A prefeasibility study is an early, high-level assessment that tests whether a proposed project is likely to be technically workable and economically viable before committing large resources. Like a rough blueprint and budget for a construction project, it provides preliminary estimates of costs, potential returns, key risks and data gaps so investors can decide whether to proceed to more detailed studies or funding.
preliminary economic assessment technical
"based on a preliminary economic assessment effective October 21, 2025"
A preliminary economic assessment is an initial analysis that estimates the potential profitability and feasibility of a project or resource, such as a new mineral deposit or development venture. It provides a rough idea of costs, benefits, and risks, helping investors decide whether to pursue more detailed studies. This early evaluation is important because it offers a snapshot of whether the project is worth further investment and development.
inferred mineral resources technical
"includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically"
An inferred mineral resource is an estimate of the quantity and grade of minerals in the ground based on limited sampling and geological information, where confidence is low and continuity is uncertain. For investors it signals potential value but also higher risk—like a rough sketch of a hidden treasure that requires much more exploration and testing before you can reliably judge its size or economic worth.
mineral reserves technical
"Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability"
Mineral reserves are the amounts of a metal or mineral that a company has identified and can legally and economically extract with current technology. Think of it like the usable fuel in a car’s tank rather than all the oil in the ground; reserves determine how long a mine can produce, help estimate future revenue and costs, and shape a company’s value and investment risk.

ARIS MINING CONGRATULATES NEIL WOODYER ON SELECTION FOR
THE CANADIAN MINING HALL OF FAME

Founder, Chair and CEO recognized for career in mining finance, entrepreneurship and company building

Vancouver, Canada, September 29, 2026 – Aris Mining Corporation (Aris Mining or the Company) (TSX: ARIS; NYSE: ARIS) congratulates Neil Woodyer, Founder, Chair and Chief Executive Officer, on his induction into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.

Mr. Woodyer’s career in metals and mining spans more than five decades. He began his career in the 1970s as a metals trader in London, U.K., before moving to New York at age 30. In 1988, he founded Endeavour Financial in Vancouver, which grew into a leading mining merchant banking and advisory firm, raising billions of dollars of capital for mining companies. Endeavour Financial helped finance and build several Canadian mining companies, including Bema Gold and Wheaton River Minerals, which merged with Goldcorp in 2005, and arranged the initial debt financing for Silver Wheaton, now Wheaton Precious Metals.

Mr. Woodyer went on to found and lead Endeavour Mining in 2009, building it into a leading West African gold producer, followed by Leagold Mining in 2016, which assembled a portfolio of gold mines in Mexico and Brazil before combining with Equinox Gold in 2020. He subsequently built Aris Gold and led its combination with GCM Mining to create Aris Mining in 2022, where he continues to apply his long-standing approach of bringing together experienced teams, capital and high-quality assets to build gold mining companies of meaningful scale.

Ian Telfer and Frank Giustra, longtime friends and colleagues of Mr. Woodyer, are fellow members of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame and shareholders of Aris Mining.

Ian Telfer said: “Neil and I have worked together for many years, beginning when I was one of Endeavour Financial’s early clients. We continued to work closely at Wheaton River, where Neil was a board member and advisor while I was CEO, and later at Aris Mining. Neil works incredibly hard and brings tremendous energy and judgment to everything he does. I am delighted to see him receive this recognition.”

Frank Giustra said: “Neil and I first worked together as partners at Endeavour Financial and have continued to work together through Endeavour Mining, Leagold Mining and now Aris Mining. He has a rare ability to bring together people, capital and high-quality assets and turn opportunities into enduring businesses. I am proud to welcome my longtime friend to the Hall.”

Mr. Woodyer will be formally inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame at its Annual Dinner & Induction Ceremony in Toronto on January 14, 2027.

Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. There can be no assurance that the projected production will be achieved. Such production also remains subject to obtaining all necessary permits and to formal construction decisions by the Company, in each case for both Soto Norte and Toroparu.
