On April 6, 2026, Adnane Louridi was named Senior Vice President and Global Controller of The Brink’s Company (the “Company”) and will serve as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Louridi, age 42, previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Global Automotive at TE Connectivity from 2024 through 2026. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer, HVAC at Johnson Controls from 2020 through 2024.

Mr. Louridi is eligible to receive an annual base salary and annual and long-term incentive compensation, as determined by the Compensation and Human Capital Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors, and is eligible to participate in other benefit plans generally available to the Company's executives. There are no family relationships between Mr. Louridi and any of the Company's directors or executive officers. There are no related-party transactions between the Company and Mr. Louridi that would be reportable under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
