As previously announced by Balchem Corporation (the “Company”) on March 3, 2025, William A. Backus, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, is retiring from his position on March 31, 2026.  On February 12, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company elected Erin L. Gilson to serve as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective April 1, 2026.  Ms. Gilson joined the Company in February 2016 and currently serves as Senior Director, Accounting and Financial Reporting. There are no material changes to Ms. Gilson’s compensatory arrangement as a result of this election.
