On
August 9th 2022 Our President/Ceo, Zoltan Nagy was indicted on a criminal offence in the Northern District Of Atlanta
Division . The company in question is Lotus Bio-Technology Development Corp. The allegations have not been proven
in court. The previous filings dating back to August 2022 may or may not have included this disclosure.
