On January 22, 2026, Cass Information Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Also on January 22, 2026, the Company made available on the Investors section of the Company’s website at www.cassinfo.com, an investor presentation that includes information about the Company’s business and developments and certain financial information relating to the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025.
