Annual General Meeting
Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (the “Company”)
held its Annual General Meeting on September 2, 2026. A total of 81.2 million Ordinary Shares, par value NIS 0.01 per share, of the Company
(“Ordinary Shares”) held by shareholders of record at the close of business on July 16, 2026 (the “Record
Date”) were present and entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
At the Annual General Meeting, the Company’s shareholders voted
on the following five proposals:

Approve All 2026 Annual General Meeting Proposals
Redwood City, CA – Wednesday, September 2, 2026 – Check

that shareholders approved all five proposals presented at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Approximately 81.2 million shares, representing
