Special General Meeting regulatory
"invites its shareholders to participate in the Special General Meeting"
A special general meeting is a one-off meeting of a company's shareholders called outside the regular annual meeting to decide on specific, often urgent matters—such as major transactions, changes to the company’s rules, or board appointments. It matters to investors because the votes taken can materially change ownership, strategy, or the company’s finances, making the meeting like an emergency town hall where decisions can immediately affect the value and control of their investment.
record date financial
"In view of the record date of Thursday 24 September 2026"
The record date is the specific day when a company determines which shareholders are eligible to receive a dividend or participate in an upcoming vote. It’s like a cutoff date; if you own the stock on that day, you get the benefits or voting rights. This date matters because it decides who qualifies for certain company benefits.
Freeze Period regulatory
"reposition shares between the Belgian Register and the U.S. Register ... (“Freeze Period”)."
A freeze period is a temporary restriction that prevents certain people or the company itself from buying, selling or otherwise changing ownership of securities for a set time. It matters to investors because it can limit who can trade shares, affect liquidity and timing of transactions, and signal regulatory or governance steps — like pressing a pause button so decisions can be reviewed without market activity interfering.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"Matters discussed in this press release may constitute forward-looking statements."
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
Continuing Obligations regulatory
"published in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Obligations on Euronext Oslo Børs."

Forward-Looking Statements

Matters discussed in this press release may constitute forward-looking statements. The Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 provides safe harbour protections for forward-looking statements in order to encourage companies to provide prospective information about their business. Forward-looking statements include statements concerning plans, objectives, goals, strategies, future events or performance, and underlying assumptions and other statements, which are other than statements of historical facts. The Company desires to take advantage of the safe harbour provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 and is including this cautionary statement in connection with this safe harbour legislation. The words "believe", "anticipate", "intends", "estimate", "forecast", "project", "plan", "potential", "may", "should", "expect", "pending" and similar expressions identify forward-looking statements.

The forward-looking statements in this press release are based upon various assumptions, many of which are based, in turn, upon further assumptions, including without limitation, our management's examination of historical operating trends, data contained in our records and other data available from third parties. Although we believe that these assumptions were reasonable when made, because these assumptions are inherently subject to significant uncertainties and contingencies which are difficult or impossible to predict and are beyond our control, we cannot assure you that we will achieve or accomplish these expectations, beliefs or projections.

In addition to these important factors, other important factors that, in our view, could cause actual results to differ materially from those discussed in the forward-looking statements include the failure of counterparties to fully perform their contracts with us, the strength of world economies and currencies, general market conditions, including fluctuations in charter rates and vessel values, changes in demand for tanker vessel capacity, changes in our operating expenses, including bunker prices, dry-docking and insurance costs, the market for our vessels, availability of financing and refinancing, charter counterparty performance, ability to obtain financing and comply with covenants in such financing arrangements, changes in governmental rules and regulations or actions taken by regulatory authorities, potential liability
