On October 30, 2025, Coinbase Global, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a shareholder letter (the “Shareholder Letter”) announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. In the Shareholder Letter, the Company also announced that it will be holding a conference call to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the Shareholder Letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
