Capri Holdings Appoints Catherine So as Chief Legal
and Sustainability Officer
LONDON — September 16, 2026 —
Capri Holdings Limited (NYSE: CPRI), a global fashion luxury group, today announced the appointment of Catherine So as Chief Legal and
Sustainability Officer, effective October 19, 2026. Ms. So will report to John D. Idol, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capri
Holdings.
Ms. So joins Capri from Tiffany & Co.,
where she most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel, overseeing legal, compliance, intellectual property, litigation,
governance, brand protection, and related functions across a global business.
Since joining Tiffany & Co. in 2015, Ms.
So served in several leadership roles, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel as well as Vice President and Chief Compliance
Officer, before being named General Counsel in 2021. Prior to Tiffany & Co., she held senior legal positions at Bank of America Merrill
Lynch and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York. She began her legal career in private practice with
Debevoise & Plimpton.
John D. Idol, Chairman and Chief Executive
