Ecopetrol announces the formalization of the slate of candidates for the Board of Directors

 

 

Ecopetrol S.A. (BVC: ECOPETROL; NYSE: EC) announces that, in line with the Company’s prior announcement on January 15, 2026, corporate procedures have been completed to formalize the Government of Colombia’s slate of candidates for the Board of Directors of Ecopetrol S.A. This slate includes Mr. Cesar Eduardo Loza Arenas as the candidate elected by the Company’s employees to occupy the seventh seat in the slate of nominees proposed by the Government of Colombia.

 

The nominees for the eighth and ninth seats will be announced in separate communications through this same channel.
