Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 19, 2025, ECD Automotive Design, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company plans to hold a conference call to discuss the Company’s Second Quarter 2025 financial results on Thursday, August 21, 2025 (the “August 19^th Release”). A copy of the August 19^th Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On August 21, 2025, ECD Automotive Design, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the Second Quarter 2025 (the “August 21^st Release”). A copy of the August 21^st Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
