Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.*
As previously announced, Enhabit, Inc. (the “Company”) will be participating in the BofA Securities 2025 Home Care Conference on December 9, 2025, at 2:50 p.m. CT. The Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Barbara Jacobsmeyer, and Chief Financial Officer, Ryan Solomon, will participate in a fireside chat where they intend to discuss the Company’s strategic focus and recent business developments, including an update to anticipated pricing impacts for 2026, among other matters.
A copy of the investor presentation which will be discussed at the conference is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
