Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 5, 2025, Elicio Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that following the Independent Data Monitoring Committee’s (“IDMC”) pre-specified interim review of the unblinded safety and efficacy data in the Company’s Phase 2 AMPLIFY-7P study in mutant KRAS-driven pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, the IDMC recommended that the trial continue to the final analysis without modifications. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
