On September 14, 2026, Phillip J. Graves Jr. was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (the "Company") and First Commonwealth Bank, and was designated as the Company's principal accounting officer, effective September 14, 2026.
Mr. Graves joined the Company on September 14, 2026. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Graves served as a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP from October 2021 to August 2026.
There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Graves and any other person pursuant to which he was appointed as Chief Accounting Officer.
