Rhea-AI Filing Summary

FrontView REIT, Inc.'s operating partnership, FrontView Operating Partnership LP, amended its credit agreement on October 15, 2026, extending maturity of both the revolving credit facility and term loans to October 3, 2028, and reducing certain interest-rate margins. Interest on both facilities is SOFR plus a margin, set by leverage ratio before an investment-grade credit rating is obtained and by credit rating afterward.

For the revolving facility, margins range from 1.00% to 1.65% before an investment-grade rating and 0.675% to 1.35% afterward. Term-loan margins range from 1.15% to 1.75% before and 0.75% to 1.55% afterward. The revolving facility's usage-based commitment fee was replaced with a facility fee ranging from 0.15% to 0.30% before an investment-grade rating and 0.125% to 0.30% afterward.

For both facilities, if the leverage ratio is 35% or less and a Baa2/BBB rating is obtained, the applicable margins and facility fee for Baa1/BBB+ ratings apply; with a Baa3/BBB- rating, terms for Baa2/BBB ratings apply. S&P, Moody's or Fitch may provide ratings for the ratings-based pricing grid.

SOFR financial
"bears interest at SOFR plus an applicable margin"
The Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) is a market benchmark that measures the cost of borrowing cash overnight using U.S. Treasury securities as collateral. Investors watch SOFR because it acts like a speedometer for short-term interest costs—affecting loan rates, bond yields and the pricing of interest-rate contracts—so movements change borrowing expenses, cash returns and the value of interest-sensitive investments.
leverage ratio financial
"based on the Company's leverage ratio"
Leverage ratio measures how much a company relies on borrowed money compared with its own funds or assets, typically expressed as debt relative to equity or total assets. Like a homeowner with a mortgage, higher leverage can amplify returns when business is strong but also raises the chance of big losses or default if revenue falls, so investors use it to judge financial risk and resilience.
investment-grade credit rating financial
"before an investment-grade credit rating is obtained"
A designation given by credit-rating agencies that signals a borrower—such as a company or government—is considered low risk for failing to repay debt, similar to a safety grade on a bridge. For investors, it matters because investment-grade debt typically pays lower interest but offers greater stability and is easier to sell, affecting portfolio risk, borrowing costs for issuers, and regulatory or fund eligibility.
facility fee financial
"replaced with a facility fee"
A facility fee is a charge billed by a hospital or clinic for use of its buildings, equipment and support services when a patient receives care, separate from the fee paid to the treating doctor. For investors, it matters because these charges are a steady revenue stream that can boost margins and cash flow, but they are also sensitive to changes in insurance reimbursement rules and regulatory scrutiny—think of it as a venue rental fee separate from the performer’s paycheck.
ratings-based pricing grid financial
"for purposes of the ratings-based pricing grid"

In addition, the usage-based commitment fee under the Revolving Credit Facility was replaced with a facility fee, which ranges from (i) before an investment-grade credit rating is obtained, 0.15% to 0.30%, subject to the Company’s leverage ratio, and (ii) after an investment-grade credit rating is obtained, 0.125% to 0.30%, subject to the Company’s credit rating.
