(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it has been awarded, as prime contractor, a new contract with the United States Defense Logistics Agency (“DLA”). The Company has served as prime contractor to the DLA since 2016 and retained this contract following a standard periodic competitive review and rebidding process.
