Effective September 4, 2026, Randall E. Pollard ceased serving as Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer of Harrow, Inc. (the “Company”).

 

Effective upon Mr. Pollard’s departure, the Board of Directors of the Company designated Andrew R. Boll, the Company’s President and Chief Financial Officer, to also serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer. Mr. Boll will not receive any additional compensation in connection with his designation as principal accounting officer.
