How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Organic Sales Growth financial
"Organic Sales Growth"
Organic sales growth measures how much a company’s revenue rises from its regular business activity — like selling more products, charging higher prices, or selling to more customers — without counting money from buying other businesses or one-time currency effects. Investors watch it because it shows whether demand and the company’s core operations are genuinely getting stronger, similar to judging a garden by how much the plants you planted yourself are growing rather than by adding bought potted plants.
Cash Conversion Days financial
"Cash Conversion Days (CCD)"
Cash conversion days measure how many days a company’s cash is tied up in the normal course of business—how long it takes to turn spending on inventory and receivables back into cash, after accounting for payments deferred to suppliers. Investors use it like a speedometer for working capital: shorter cash conversion days mean a company recovers cash faster and can fund growth or weather shocks more easily.
Open Orders financial
"Open Orders are the aggregate sales price"
Adjusted EBITDA financial
"Adjusted EBITDA"
Adjusted EBITDA is a way companies measure how much money they make from their core operations, like running a business, by removing certain costs or income that aren’t part of regular business activities. It helps investors see how well a company is doing without distractions from unusual expenses or gains, making it easier to compare companies or track performance over time.

KIMBALL ELECTRONICS REPORTS Q1 RESULTS HIGHLIGHTED BY THE RETURN TO TOP-LINE GROWTH;
COMPANY REITERATES GUIDANCE FOR FISCAL 2027 WITH SALES EXPECTED AT THE HIGH END OF THE RANGE

JASPER, Ind., November 4, 2026 -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Kimball Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: KE) today announced financial results for the first quarter ended September 30, 2026.
“I’m encouraged by our first quarter results and solid start to fiscal 2027. Sales increased both sequentially and year-over-year, margins were healthy, and cash conversion days were once again at a multiyear low. The top line benefited from organic sales growth and the contribution from Helvoet Polymer Technologies, our recent tuck-in acquisition in the medical CDMO. The organic growth was in line with expectations and driven by a high single-digit increase in Medical. This growth aligns with our strategic focus to balance the portfolio across the verticals.

Our excitement for the overall fit and growth opportunities of Helvoet are higher now than ever. With the backdrop of a strong balance sheet, we’re investing in medical growth by integrating Helvoet, ramping operations in Indianapolis, leveraging our capabilities as a full service provider, and unlocking synergies across our global footprint. Fiscal 2027 marks an important milestone in our journey and we are reiterating our guidance for the year with sales expected at the high end of the range, driven by continued strength in Medical.”
