Amendment to Loan Agreement

On November 3, 2025, the Company entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to that certain Loan Agreement and Promissory Note with Evie Holdings LLC, dated August 6, 2025 (the “Loan Agreement”). The Amendment provided for an extension of the maturity date of the Loan Agreement to November 5, 2025.
