(the “Company”) and Chief Executive Officer of Nelnet Business Services, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, notified the Company of his intention to retire effective June 30, 2026. Following his retirement from the Company, Mr. Tewes will continue to serve on the Nelnet Bank Board of Directors.
