On March 23, 2026, Archana Vemulapalli notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Paycom Software, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation from the Board and all committees thereof, effective March 31, 2026. Effective as of Ms. Vemulapalli’s resignation, the size of the Board will be reduced from seven to six directors. Ms. Vemulapalli’s resignation was due to her decision to pursue other professional opportunities and not in connection with any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
