PIMCO PTY Fund May Offer Up to $1.5B in Shares

PIMCO Corporate & Income Opportunity Fund (PTY) may offer and sell Common Shares with an aggregate offering price of up to $1,500,000,000 through JonesTrading as agent, in negotiated transactions or at the market.
