Management’s unaudited estimate of the range
of the net asset value per share of Sound Point Meridian Capital, Inc.’s (the “Company”) common stock as of September
30, 2025, was between $16.86 and $16.96.
In addition, for the quarter ended September 30,
2025, management’s unaudited estimate of the range of our net investment income was between $0.49 and $0.59 per share of our common
stock and management’s unaudited estimate of the range of our realized gain (loss) was between $0.00 and ($0.10) per share of our
common stock.
