Terex Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on July 17, 2025, announcing that it will host a conference call to review its second quarter 2025 financial results on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The Company will release its financial results prior to the call. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at https://investors.terex.com.
