The Special Committee has not set a timetable for the conclusion of its review. There can be no assurance that the review will result in the Company pursuing any strategic transaction or, if it chooses to do so, that the Company will consummate such transaction. The Company does not intend to comment further regarding this review unless and until the Special Committee has approved a definitive course of action, the review has concluded, or it is otherwise determined that further disclosure is appropriate or required by law.
