WW International swings to $15.1M profit in Q3 2026
WW narrowed its fiscal 2026 outlook to revenue of $610 million–$630 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $110 million–$115 million.
Sentiment and the balance of points
Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.
WW International, Inc. (WW) reported third-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $152.9 million, down 11.2% year over year. Clinical Subscription Revenue was $38.0 million, up 47.6%, while total end-of-period subscribers were 2.296 million, down 23.1%. Clinical subscribers increased 40.4% to 174,000; Behavioral subscribers fell 25.9% to 2.122 million.
WW reported net income of $15.1 million, compared with a $57.5 million net loss in Q3 2025. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, was $51.7 million with a 33.8% margin, versus $42.8 million and 24.9% a year earlier. Monthly Subscription Revenue Per Average Subscriber was $21.17, up 14.3% year over year. Cash and cash equivalents were $126.4 million at September 30, 2026, versus $160.3 million at December 31, 2025; long-term debt, net, was $424.0 million and $465.5 million on those dates.
WW narrowed fiscal 2026 guidance to revenue of $610 million to $630 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $110 million to $115 million. It reported Q3 marketing expenses of $33.1 million, or 21.6% of revenue, compared with $48.4 million, or 28.1%, a year earlier.
How this balance works
Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.
It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.
Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

NEW YORK (November 5, 2026) – WW International, Inc. (Nasdaq: WW) (“Weight Watchers” or the “Company”), the global leader in science-backed weight management, today announced its results for the third quarter of fiscal 2026 ended September 30, 20262 in this Earnings Press Release and a Shareholder Letter issued today and posted on the Company’s Corporate Website.
“Since joining Weight Watchers on October 1, I made it my priority to listen to our members, coaches, clinicians, registered dietitians, and colleagues. Through these conversations, two core truths emerged: weight loss is personal, and the support people need changes along the way,” said Stephen Bye, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our strength lies in the commitment of our team and our ability to bring together science-backed behavioral programs, clinical care, and the human connection that has defined this brand for more than 60 years. My focus is on strengthening our member experience, improving our products and applications, and building on the work already underway.”
“We remained focused on strengthening our two higher-value product offerings and proactively calibrating our spend across our portfolio,” said Felicia DellaFortuna, Chief Financial Officer. “That approach helped drive sustained progress in these offerings with four quarters of quarter-over-quarter growth in Core+ subscribers, and the largest year-over-year Clinical Subscription Revenue growth percentage in any quarter of 2026 to date. That top-line progress, combined with our continued disciplined investment, directly translated to $51.7 million of Adjusted EBITDA1, representing a 33.8% Adjusted EBITDA Margin1.”
Q3 Business Updates
| | Q3 Revenue was $152.9 million, down 11% year-over-year. Clinical Subscription Revenue grew 48% year-over-year to $38.0 million and represented 25% of total Revenue, up from 15% in Q3 2025. |
| | Q3 Total End of Period Subscribers were 2.3 million. Core+ End of Period Subscribers reached 546 thousand, up 16% year-over-year, marking a fourth consecutive quarter of sequential subscriber growth in our higher-value Behavioral membership tier. Clinical End of Period Subscribers were 174 thousand, up 40% year-over-year. |
| | Monthly Subscription Revenue Per Average Subscriber was $21.17, up 14% year-over-year, reflecting the growing share of our Clinical business and continued growth in Core+ Subscribers. |
| | Q3 Gross Margin was 71.1% and Adjusted Gross Margin1 was 74.6%, both the highest of the first three quarters of 2026, compared with 72.1% and 75.1%, respectively, in Q3 2025. |
| | Net Income for Q3 was $15.1 million, compared to a Net Loss of $57.5 million in Q3 2025. Q3 Adjusted EBITDA1 increased 21% year-over-year to $51.7 million from $42.8 million in Q3 2025, reflecting continued expense discipline and lower marketing relative to Q3 2025, which included investment to support a product launch. |
| | Cash and Cash Equivalents were $126.4 million at quarter end, up from $101.5 million at the end of Q2 2026. |

1Statement regarding Non-GAAP Financial Measures
To supplement the Company’s consolidated results presented in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (“GAAP”), the Company has disclosed non-GAAP financial measures of operating results that exclude or adjust certain items. The Company presents in this release non-GAAP financial measures, including earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization expenses and share-based compensation expense (“EBITDA”); and for each period presented, EBITDA adjusted, as applicable, for (a) goodwill and other indefinite-lived intangible asset impairments, (b) reorganization items, net related to the Company’s emergence from its Chapter 11 financial reorganization, (c) gain on extinguishment of debt, (d) transaction costs related to strategic alternatives and the Company’s Chapter 11 financial reorganization, (e) net restructuring charges associated with the previously disclosed 2025, 2024, and 2023 restructuring plans, (f) expenses in connection with the management of certain executive matters and (g) other items such as the impact of foreign exchange gains and losses as indicated in the reconciliations below that management believes are not indicative of ongoing operations (“Adjusted EBITDA”). The Company also presents gross profit, gross margin, marketing expenses, selling, general and administrative expenses, and product development expenses on a non-GAAP basis that adjusts for similar items, as further indicated in the reconciliations below.
As exchange rates are an important factor in understanding period-to-period comparisons, the Company believes in certain cases the presentation of results on a constant currency basis in addition to reported results helps improve investors’ ability to understand the Company’s operating results and evaluate the Company’s performance in comparison to prior periods. Constant currency information compares results between periods as if exchange rates had remained constant period-over-period. The Company uses results on a constant currency basis as one measure to evaluate the Company’s performance. In this press release, the Company calculates constant currency by calculating current-year results using prior-year foreign currency exchange rates. The Company generally refers to such amounts calculated on a constant currency basis as excluding or adjusting for the impact of foreign currency or being on a constant currency basis. These results should be considered in addition to, not as a substitute for, results reported in accordance with GAAP and are not meant to be considered in isolation. Results on a constant currency basis, as the Company presents them, may not be comparable to similarly titled measures used by other companies and are not measures of performance presented in accordance with GAAP.
Management believes these non-GAAP financial measures provide useful supplemental information to investors regarding the performance of the Company’s business and are useful for period-over-period comparisons of the performance of the Company’s business. While the Company believes that these non-GAAP financial measures are useful in evaluating the Company’s business, this information should be considered as supplemental in nature and is not meant to be considered in isolation or as a substitute for the related financial information prepared in accordance with GAAP. In addition, these non-GAAP financial measures may not be the same as similarly titled measures reported by other companies. See “Reconciliation of Non-GAAP Financial Measures” in this release and reconciliations, if any, included elsewhere in this release for a reconciliation of the non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP measures.
2
A reconciliation of the forward-looking full year Adjusted EBITDA outlook to net income cannot be provided without unreasonable effort because of the inherent difficulty of accurately forecasting the occurrence and financial impact of the various adjusting items necessary for such reconciliation that have not yet occurred, are out of the Company’s control, or cannot be reasonably predicted. For the same reasons, the Company is unable to assess the probable significance of the unavailable information, which could have a material impact on its future GAAP financial results.
2Fresh Start Accounting and Predecessor and Successor Periods
In connection with the Company’s emergence from its financial reorganization process on June 24, 2025, the Company applied fresh start accounting which resulted in Successor and Predecessor financial statement presentation. References to “Successor” relate to the Company’s operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2026 and the period from June 25, 2025 through September 30, 2025. References to “Predecessor” relate to the Company’s operations for the period December 29, 2024 through June 24, 2025. Accordingly, the consolidated financial statements after June 24, 2025 are not comparable with the consolidated financial statements as of or prior to that date.
