(referred to herein as the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) issued the following Class S-PR and Class I-PR shares and, from January 2, 2026 through March 2, 2026, issued the following Class D-PR shares in transactions exempt from the registration provisions of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, pursuant to Regulation D.
