Rhea AI TAL FY2026

TAL’s operating leverage has turned scale into profit, while cash-funded distributions are narrowing the liquidity cushion.

Revenue reached $3.0B while SG&A was $500M in FY2026, showing overhead did not rise proportionally with scale. Gross margin expanded to 55.4% from 53.3% while the operating result turned positive, indicating cost absorption and gross-profit improvement both contributed to the earnings inflection.

FY2026 net income of $530.8M was exceeded by operating cash flow of $601.5M, a favorable earnings-to-cash conversion pattern. Free cash flow still reached $508.3M after $93.2M of capital spending, showing the surplus was not solely accounting-based.

Cash stood at $1.5B while the current ratio was 2.2x, signaling less excess liquidity than earlier periods. Share buybacks used $644.1M versus $93.2M of capital spending, so financing choices—not reinvestment alone—help explain the cash decline.
