~ Long-standing founders reaffirm confidence in Abacus as Company continues long-term growth strategy ~

ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Abacus Global Management, Inc. (“Abacus” or the “Company”) (NYSE: ABX), a financial services company specializing in alternative asset management with a focus on longevity-based assets and personalized financial planning, today announced that Company founders Sean McNealy, Matthew Ganovsky, and Scott Kirby have elected to terminate their previously established Rule 10b5-1 trading plans.

The plans were originally established to provide a measured opportunity for personal liquidity and diversification for the three founders, none of whom had sold a significant amount of shares in the open market since the Company became publicly traded. Each founder independently determined that maintaining his current ownership position and alignment with shareholders outweighed the diversification objectives for which the plans were established. Even had the plans been completed, each founder would have remained among the Company’s largest individual shareholders.

While the founders are transitioning from their day-to-day operational responsibilities as part of the Company’s previously planned evolution, they remain deeply invested in Abacus’s future through their substantial equity ownership.

Key Terms

rule 10b5-1 trading plans regulatory
Rule 10b5-1 trading plans are written, pre-arranged instructions that allow company insiders (such as executives or directors) to automatically buy or sell their company's stock at specified times or under set conditions, like a standing instruction or automated thermostat for trades. They matter to investors because these plans provide a legal defense against insider‑trading accusations and create predictable insider trading patterns that can help signal whether sales are routine portfolio management or potentially meaningful to the company’s outlook.
