(Nasdaq: ANDE) announces a second quarter 2021 cash dividend of 17.5 cents($0.175) per share payable on April 21, 2021, to shareholders of record as of April 1, 2021. This is The Andersons' 98th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since listing on the Nasdaq in February 1996.
This year marks the company's 25th anniversary on Nasdaq. To celebrate, the company will ring the closing bell remotely on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 3:45 p.m. ET.
