PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Oct. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, today announced that Carrier Ventures has made a strategic investment in Net Feasa, a pioneer in wireless IoT connectivity and vessel network technology that enables real-time container visibility at sea.

This investment advances Carrier's commitment to intelligent, connected cold chain solutions, ensuring that containers remain visible and secure from origin to destination, including during transit on the high seas, one of the final blind spots in logistics visibility.

"Our customers need real-time visibility across every link in their cold chain," said Edward Dryden, President, Climate Solutions Transportation, Carrier. "Through our partnership with Net Feasa, we are extending that visibility to international waters, combining secure shipboard networks with the Carrier Lynx Fleet platform to help shipping lines make faster, data-driven decisions that protect cargo, improve efficiency and reduce waste."

Building on the integration of Net Feasa's Vessel Control Tower™ technology into Carrier Transicold's BluEdge Partner Reseller Channel, the partnership will help expand Carrier's connected cold chain capabilities to include mixed-fleet monitoring, advanced wireless networks and emerging AI-driven analytics.

Net Feasa's dual-mode vessel networks meet maritime cybersecurity and radio standards, ensuring seamless and secure data transmission across territorial waters and international shipping lanes.

"We're excited to deepen our partnership with Carrier to develop and deploy open, standards-based visibility platforms to the intermodal supply chain," said Mike Fitzgerald, Chairman of Net Feasa. "This actionable data underwrites quality, safety and security across the final gaps in the supply chain."
