CAVA brings together rich Mediterranean flavors and wholesome ingredients that nourish without sacrificing taste. With over 17 billion combinations to choose from, Greenfield guests can build meals that deliver on both flavor and health, satisfying their cravings while leaving them feeling great. From a chef-curated bowl or pita, to a build-your-own meal, there’s something for everyone at CAVA. Guests can enjoy the beloved pita chips, robust proteins, vibrant toppings, and refreshing house-made beverages. Greenfield guests can now also dig into CAVA’s fall menu and channel their inner Greek Goddess. The latest menu rollout marries fresh, herby Mediterranean flavors with wholesome ingredients, alongside a seasonal Pomegranate Apple drink. And at the center of the fall menu is the brand’s new Greek Goddess dressing – a tangy blend of rich Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices. The new items are proof that big flavor and healthful choices go hand in hand.

“Bringing CAVA to Wisconsin for the first time is an exciting new chapter for our brand, and we couldn't be more thrilled to introduce our bold Mediterranean flavors to communities across the state,” said Jeff Gaul, Chief Development Officer of CAVA. “With our first restaurant opening in Greenfield and another on the way in Madison in mid-November, we're looking forward to building lasting connections with our new neighbors. At CAVA, we believe great food and warm hospitality bring people together, and we can't wait to create welcoming spaces where both communities can gather and enjoy a delicious meal.”

To celebrate its arrival in Greenfield, CAVA invited guests in for a complimentary meal during its Community Day. The celebrations were held over the course of three days, during which they accepted and matched donations to support a local cause – People's Table, a non-profit whose goal is to “help families find free food, resources, and support so they can live with stability and dignity.” Since 2019, this company-wide Community Day program has raised more than $1 million in monetary and food donations for organizations working to combat food insecurity across the country. CAVA also donated fresh meals prepared throughout the restaurant’s training period to local community members. The company's food donation program, launched nationally in fall 2023, helps reduce food waste and expand access to fresh meals as CAVA grows into new communities.

CAVA’s expansion into Wisconsin further deepens the brand’s Midwestern expansion and is on the heels of its first restaurant in Minnesota. With a goal of reaching at least 1,000 restaurants by 2032, CAVA is rapidly growing its national footprint and is now operating in 31 states and the District of Columbia. Soon after the Greenfield opening, CAVA plans to open the doors of a 3,000-square-foot restaurant in the Hilldale Shopping Center at 750 N. Midvale Blvd in Madison, Wisconsin in mid-November. Similar to the Greenfield opening, the CAVA Madison restaurant will host Community Days supporting Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin.

CAVA’s 84 South restaurant will employ 25-40 local people and will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. CAVA looks for team members who lead with warmth and hospitality, and is committed to creating meaningful opportunities for growth and advancement through its Flavor Your Future® platform. CAVA aims to develop the next generation of leaders who will help support the company’s continued growth as it expects to employ more than 30,000 by 2032. The brand offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, healthcare, early wage access, free CAVA meals, an Employee Assistance Program, and access to free mental health support.
