ONTARIO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / February 12, 2021 / Focus Universal, Inc. (OTCQB:FCUV) ("Focus Universal" or the "Company"), a Universal Smart Instrumentation Platform ("USIP") developer and Universal Smart Device ("USD") manufacturer announced today that it filed a Form S-1 (the "Registration Statement") with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to the proposed offering of its common stock for sale in an underwritten public offering. Boustead Securities, LLC will act as sole bookrunner for the proposed offering.
