GoldMining (NYSE: GLDG / TSX: GOLD) announced on November 4, 2025 that long-serving directors Garnet Dawson and The Hon. Herb Dhaliwal have retired from the company's board after more than ten years of service.
Both will remain engaged as strategic advisors on GoldMining's advisory board. Mr. Dawson served as CEO from 2014–2021 and joined the board in 2018; Mr. Dhaliwal joined the board in 2013. The company expressed gratitude for their contributions and confirmed their ongoing advisory support.
