The Company’s Board of Directors has promoted Carys Damon, Inspired’s Corporate Secretary, to the role of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Board Secretary effective September 7, 2026. Dr. Camilleri will remain available to assist with the transition through the end of 2026.
