Recent Company History

Over the last few months, JD.com has reported Q1 2026 results with revenue growth and solid cash levels, announced and then completed a CNY10 billion senior notes offering, and filed its 2025 Form 20-F and Hong Kong annual report. These events produced relatively moderate one-day price moves, mixing small gains and losses. Today’s AGM notice fits within this pattern of routine corporate updates rather than a major strategic shift.
